Do I need to empty it first?
Dressers and safes yes, everything else usually no. We'll tell you exactly what to empty when you call.
What if it doesn't fit?
We measure before we lift and tell you before you pay. If the item genuinely won't fit, you're not charged for a wasted trip.
Do you take the packaging?
Yes. Crates, boxes and film go with us at no extra charge on most jobs.
